2. What data we process and why
When you contact us (by phone, via the enquiry form on this website or otherwise) we process the data you provide – typically your name, company, phone, e-mail and the content of your enquiry – in order to handle your request and discuss possible cooperation.
- Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in communicating with business partners (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Retention: as long as needed to handle the enquiry, at most [add, e.g. 3 years] after the last contact unless a contract is concluded.
- For form enquiries we also store, to protect against spam, the browser type and an irreversibly hashed fingerprint of the IP address (the IP address itself is not stored).
When you visit the website our hosting provider's server stores technical logs (IP address, date and time, page visited, browser type), used solely to keep the website secure and running.

3. Cookies and analytics
